Activate and Manage Employee Access Securely

How to Activate Your Employees as Users

1. Start with the Right Plan

  • Navigate to the Settings section and click on Billing & Customization.
  • Choose from various subscription plans (user access available in paid plans).
  • Click Activate Plan.

2. Add Employees as Users

  • Go to User Management from the left menu.
  • Click Add User, and select the employee to activate.

3. Confirm & Submit

  • Check the ‘I Agree’ box.
  • Click Submit to activate the employee.

4. Automated Login Credentials

The employee receives a welcome email with their login credentials from your official company email ID.

5. Mobile App Access

Employees can now log into the Nex HRMS mobile app and access their dashboard based on assigned permissions.
