Salary Generation & Payslips

1. Access Payroll Management

Navigate to Payroll Management from the left menu after logging into the Nex HRMS dashboard. You’ll find three main tabs:

• Add Salary Structure
• View Salary Structure
• View Salary

2. Create a Salary Structure

Click Add Salary Structure and choose to create for a single employee or multiple employees at once. Enter the CTC for each employee, then:

• Define component-wise breakup (Basic, HRA, etc.) using percentages
• Add extra allowances like LTA, Bonus, Meal Allowance
• Click Generate Deductions to auto-calculate:
  • Income Tax
  • EPF (Employer & Employee)
  • ESIC
  • Professional Tax
  • Health Insurance & Gratuity

The system instantly calculates and displays Yearly and Monthly Net Salary.

3. Save & Manage Structures

Once done, click Save to store the structure. Use the View Salary Structure tab to:

• Review all saved salary structures
• Edit using the pencil icon

4. View Salary & Payslips

Under the View Salary tab, you can:

• See working days, deductions, and final net pay
• Click the three-dot action icon to:
  • View salary breakdown
  • Download individual payslips in PDF

For complete data, use Export Salary Data to download full reports in Excel format.
